Communication

DTS values contextualized, effective communication of biblical and theological truth by a variety of means for personal and corporate transformation.

Because I am a catalyst for Christ; building bridges & super highways of clear & connected, authentic, transparent, YES is your YES, NO is your NO communication…

#1 I will improve my written communication skills (teaching, training manuals, blogs, systems development,  & visual aids)

#2 I will improve my radio show & podcast.

Strategies

  1. I will put together an outline and rough draft of a training manual for my mentor to review, then hire an expert for the final.

  2. I will pray and meditate on what the Lord would have me prioritize for production. This process culminated in diving deeper into race relations in honor of like history month gender issues and honor of March international women's month revisiting the previously recorded long form versions of these topics and condensing them to a more professional podcast radio show form.

  3. My team and I will write a script for each VC (Vision Cast) in 101-301 CORE Curriculum.

  4. I will record a series on “Nonviolent Communication” based on the book with the same name.

  5. I will interview a successful radio host and podcaster.

Overall Statement

For my competence in communication,  I am submitting podcast interviews which demonstrates what I learned from this experience is that I still have quite a lot to learn although there have been major strides in my now over 25 years of professional speaking in the context of real estate sales career preaching and teaching ministries radio show host podcast show host, video producer and novice actor. The interviews as well as the writing and conducting sermon at vision cast we called them as well as our podcast interviews and read radio shows I learned that we can be more clear in our communication that our systems need more refinement that less is more and that when people feel seen and heard they are more engaging more enthusiastic which tends to lead to more successful podcast radio shows sermon vision cast. some of the main advice from more successful individuals is to be more consistent with your branding more concise in your messaging stay within the boundaries of your expertise and go deeper into the topic.

Artifacts

"But this violence does not end when a man finds Christ; it then begins to exercise itself in another way. The man who is pardoned, and who knows it, then becomes violently in love with Christ. He does not love him just a little, but he loves him with all his soul and all his might. He feels as if he could wish to die for Christ, and his heart pants to be able to live alone with his Redeemer, and serve him without interruption. Mark such a man who is a true Christian, mark his prayers, and you will see there is violence in all his supplications when he pleads for the souls of men. Mark his outward actions, and they are violently sincere, violently earnest. Mark him when he preaches: there is no dull droning out of a monotonous discourse, he speaks like a man who means what he says, and who must speak it, or else woe would be unto him if he preached not the gospel." -Charles Spurgeon

This sentiment summarizes what I have learned it requires to bring the kingdom of God into this broken, fallen, under the rule of Satan world. This particular recording is utilized in the fourth week of our introductory curriculum. It sets the tone for what our members can expect from there out.

Our VP Isaac Cormier brings a powerful transformational testimony about how he, thanks to our Lord Jesus Christ, has changed his legacy and that of his blood family of sons and his spiritual family of sons in Christ, G2G!

Our Creative Director Nicholas Linzenmeyer wraps up our introductory class, Conquer Series by Kingdom Works, with solid teaching and testimony.

Having these options for our up and coming leaders is a solid asset and demonstrates our commitment to effective communication of biblical and theological truth by a variety of means for personal and corporate transformation.

Learning Reflection

As I developed and demonstrated communication,  I have learned for the video production the advice was to have better lighting more very camera angles more action as in the camera removing utilize the green screen in order to have the personalization of ourselves in front of the screen that will function as a PowerPoint or slide presentation and then to work with other environments where the lighting is dim around but each individual can be seen clearly.

This experience has helped me understand that there are new generations of audiences that don't receive the same type of messaging as I did. and if we're going to reap the bountiful harvest that the Lord has provided, we need to adapt and work to meet them where they are Then help them understand and receive the gospel message and then become disciples themselves

Our Lord continues to send more skilled individuals in this category who have already made an impact on our ministry and I believe more are to come. oftentimes my main role is to not get in the way of this change and be able to flow with it instead of resisting it.

Lifelong Development Statement

As a result of the experiences documented by these artifacts, I will continue to develop in communication by continuing to reach out to my network specifically the array of options that are available to DTS alum like the table podcast the DTS magazine, Dr. Sandra Glann, the Hendricks Center and more. I also plan to take advantage of the courses offered for free to graduates specifically the riding courses with Dr. Glan to be interviewed at the table podcast as well as looking more succinctly into what is available. There has been a draw towards Dr. Tony Evans outreach programs like to know more about how he conduct those. I hear the person grading this is a professional coach and may well be reaching out to you for those services that I know will also connect me with more resources to be a better communicator. My wife and I are avid readers were committed to lifelong learning and with the number of kids by blood as well as our spiritual sons and daughters plenty of opportunity to study and refine to be better parents in both categories. also communication is evolving it's been a bit of a game even to try to figure out what kids these days are saying but it's also strategic thing because we do desire to reach the next generations and we need to have some understanding of what they're attempting to communicate!

From the time she was 3, Leanna knew what her cousin did to her body behind closed doors was wrong. Still, shame kept her from telling anyone for many years. When she finally found the courage to tell her mother, the startling response caused Leanna to choose silent torment for several more years to come.

Why did Leanna’s mother repress her cry for help? ANOTHER CHILD is director Leanna Borsellino’s attempt to unravel the confusing maze of emotion, religion, sexuality and family history to grasp her mother’s triggers, and why she failed to protect her daughter. Finally reunited, Leanna and her mother Cyndi set out on a cross-country journey to rediscover their true selves, and to attempt to right some wrongs."

In honor of National Slavery & Human Trafficking Prevention Month, Christopher & Isaac interview personal friends and integral supporters of Romans 12two Men's Ministry supporters, Leanna and Cynthia, who is a board of director for us. They give intimate details on how & why this film came to be and why it has received such acclaim all over the world. ANOTHER CHILD How many generations will keep the secret?  Has earned entry into over 30 film festivals all across the world and won over 40 awards!

These brave, faith, grace & compassion filled warriors for the kingdom of heaven are all about sharing the love of Abba and the redemption and restoration that is available through His Son Jesus Christ by His Holy Spirit. Bringing God honor is their main focus and once you learn more about the abuse, neglect and outright evil they have suffered and overcome, you will be in awe of them as we are are and they will quickly point up to Jesus as the reason that is in anyway possible. Versus withering away in bitterness, rage, vengefulness and un forgiveness. Which if you are anything like me, during and after this powerful film, you maybe tempted to give into. Once again their amazing example of God's unfailing love, agape love, grace and forgiveness rules their hearts and the ripe fruit is evident in all they do, G2G! (Glory to God)

Please support their bold efforts in being so vulnerable and authentic by opening their private journals for all the world to see their worst and best moments which all provide a road back to our Heavenly Father.

Will you purchase their incredible work and share it with others?

I also interviewed Leanne Borsellino who has a successful real estate podcast and videographer business as a consultant and as a Director producer of a successful documentary that has won over 50 awards worldwide called another child based on her and her mothers experience with sexual abuse and sex trafficking primarily breaking generational curses.
